Finely filter the pumpkin and coconut milk. set aside2. Mix and sift, flour and milk powder. set aside3. Heat the steamer over medium heat.4. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla paste and emulsifier until fluffy and thick. Turn off the mixer5. Add the flour mixture by sifting, stir gently using a spatula until blended6. Add pumpkin mixture little by little, while stirring slowly until blended7. Take 1/3 part, add dark chocolate paste, stir gently until smooth8. Pour the chocolate mixture up to 1/3 the height of the mold, steam for 10 minutes. Do not forget to cover the lid with a clean cloth.9. After 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with shaved cooking chocolate or meises. Then pour the pumpkin mixture on it until it’s full.10.
