4 to 6 chicken breast about 1kg2 cups chicken broth1 cup whipping cream1/2 small chopped onion2 minced garlic1 cup sliced mushrooms1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepperOlive oil as needed2 tbsp butter3 tbsp flourChopped parsley for garnish

Direction

1: season the chicken with salt and pepper2:in a heated pan add olive oil then add the chicken cook on each side for 4 minutes then remove to a plate.3: in a same pan add olive oil, onion and garlic and sauté for a minute.4: add mushrooms and sauté for another minute.5: add in the middle butter when it melt add flour and mix all together.6: add chicken broth and mix all together then add the whipping cream.7: add salt and pepper mix then add back in the chicken, let it cook for a minute garnish with chopped parsley.8: serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
