2 Small chicken breast

Marinate For The Chicken

Oil from the sun dried tomatoes1 tsp-Onion powder1 tsp- Garlic powderSalt to taste1 tsp- Cayenne powder1 tsp- Paprika1 tsp -Black pepper1 tbsp- Oil from sun dried tomatoes for frying

Cooking The Pasta

I.5 Cup of pasta1 Small red onion diced2 Garlic clove diced1/2 Red pepper1 Cup chicken stock3 sliced sun dried tomatoes ( add as desired )1 Cup of spinach1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese ( halal)1tsp- Mixed herbs1tsp- Paprika1 tsp- Black pepper

Method

Boiled the pasta and leave asideMarinate the chicken with ingredients in step 1Pan fry 7-8 minutes on each side, leave asideIn the same pan add onion, garlic and pepper, cook for 2 minutes until sautéedAdd double cream followed by chicken stockAdd sun dried tomatoes followed by spices listed in step 2 and cook for further 5 minutes.Add spinach and Parmesan cheeseOnce the sauce thicken add the pasta and stir for 3 minutes before turning the heat off.Voila !
