Watch Video Chicken Stir Fry Ingredients 2 chicken breast ( about 1/2 kilo)Olive oil1 tbsp minced ginger2 minced garlic cloves150 g noodlesVegetables any kind you like ( I used broccoli, sweet pepper, carrot, onion and baby corn) Sauce 1/3 cup soya sauce(I use Lee Kum kee premium S.S.)1/3 cup water1/4 cup honey ( you can substitutehoney with sugar)1 tbsp sesame oil1 tsp chilli flakes or sriracha2 tsp corn starch Direction 1: start by washing and cutting the veggies into small pieces or this slices.2: wash and cut the chicken into small pieces or strips.3: in a pan add vegetable or olive oil than add the veggies and sauté on medium heat till tender half way or little bit more.4:While the veggies cooking in another pot brung water to boil then cook the noddles as direction in the package.5: remove the veggies and place in a plate then add in the same pan more oil.6: add ginger and garlic then add the chicken and cook on high heat for a minute or 2 maximum don’t over cook it because we are going to cook it more with the sauce.7: mix all the sauce ingredients together then add on top the chicken when it thickened little bit add the veggies and the cooked noodles8: mix all together sprinkle some green onion and more sriracha if you like.
