Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder2. Add the sugar, melted butter, milk and mix3. Melt the milk chocolate and milk together and add this to the batter and mix4. Add the eggs and mix5. Pour the batter into a lined cake tin and bake at 180C for about an hour, or until a skewer comes out clean6. Let the cake cool7. To make the icing, whip the cream cheese using a stand mixer and add the icing sugar, cocoa powder and milk8. Mix until silky smooth9. Spread the icing over the cake10. Enjoy!
