Nut Butter Chocolate Ingredients

1 cup high-quality dark chocolate (I use @enjoylifefoods chocolate chunks)1 tsp coconut oil1/2 cup creamy nut butter (I used almond for this batch and they are amazing but PB is just as good)sea salt to tasteOptional: 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen for a protein boost (you can’t taste it)

Method

Line a muffin tin with liners or place liners on a pan (I used mini liners this time they are the perfect size).melt your chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. stir in coconut oil until it’s fully mixed melted.Place a spoonful of chocolate in each liner and brush it up along the sides. Set in fridge to harden.In a small bowl, add your nut butter, salt collagen and mix. Place a spoonful in the middle of the chocolate liners.Spoon the remaining chocolate on top on the nut butter mixture to finish off the cups.Place in the fridge to set. Store in the fridge enjoyso easy to make, so damn good and made with no weird ingredients
