Chicken Nuggets Ingredients

1/2 cup cornflourOil for fryingFor Marination1 kg chicken mince1/2 cup cornflourSalt according to tasteBlack pepper according to taste2 Tbsp oil1 large eggFor Coating1/2 cup cornflour1/2 cup all purpose flour1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp paprikaSalt according to taste1 egg1/2 cup water 2-3 Tbsp

Method

Mix everything from marination section and leave it for an hour in the fridge.Make small balls and flat them on cornflour. Keep them in the freezer for half an hour.Mix everything to make a smooth thick batter.Dip the nugget in the batter and fry on medium heat until it changes color. Repeat until all of them are done.Rest them for 15 minutes and fry them again on a medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.Serve hot with your favorite sauce
