Crispy Chicken Burger Ingredients

4 chicken breast1 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1 egg1 cup flour1 cup waterCoating:2 cups flour2 cups panko bread crumbs 1 1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instruction

1: cut chicken breast in half2: mix the spices listed above with the chicken then make the batter and mix with the chicken.3: in a ziplock bag or in a bowl add flour, panko bread crumbs and the slices mix all together.4: place 1 chicken breast at a time inside the ziplock bag and shake till it’s completely covered continue till finish the amount.5: place the chicken in a tray then refrigerate for 20 to half an hour at least so the coating stick to the chicken good.6: heat the oil then deep fry the chicken on medium high heat7: each side takes about 2 minutes8: take out when it’s golden color and place on a rack.
