Watch Video Ingredients 500g Chicken fillets cut into small cubes2 tablespoons Green chutney @i.love.homemade1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ginger paste1 teaspoon green chilli paste1/2 teaspoon course red chillies1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon lemon pepperSalt to taste2 tablespoon melted ghee Steps Heat the ghee.Fry all of the above together until the chicken if firm and dry. Additonal 3 eggs1 cup milk2 slices white bread @lovealbanybreadGreen chillies to taste1 teaspoon baking powderSalt to taste Steps Blend the above until fine.Place the cooked chicken in a greased ( lightly greased with melted butter) casserole dish 26cm x 16cm.Add a handful of finely chopped coriander on top evenly.Pour the egg batter on top.Sprinkle sesame seeda and white poppy seeds on top.Bake at 180c for about 40min or until golden on top.Allow to cool and then cut.Serve with your favourite chutney.I used the unresistable red chutney by @i.love.homemadeEnjoy.
