Steps To make the marinade:In a bowl combine all the marinade ingredients, mix and set aside. Minimum 1 hour.To make the stir fry:In a wok over medium-high heat add half the oil, onion and broccoli stems. Stirfry for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is soft, add ginger, chilli, lemongrass, spring onion and garlic stir fry for 2 mins and remove from wok and set aside.Add the remaining oil and stir fry the beef over high heat until browned. Return the onion mixture to the wok along with the noodles and stir fry for a minute.Add the sauce ingredients and broccoli leaves and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.Remove from the heat and serve immediately, garnish with the spring onion, chilli, shallots and coriander.
