Download ImageIngredients250 g soft or firm tofu (avoid silken)2 medium avocados1 clove garlic (grated)2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp truffle olive oil (or regular olive oil)1 tsp maple syrup1 tsp sesame oil1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (white or black)StepsCarefully slice tofu into thickness & size of choice or bite sized pieces.Split each avocado in half, peel of skin, remove seed & cut into 1 cm slices.Assemble salad by arranging tofu & avocado on a serving plate, alternating between each ingredient.Combine the rest of the ingredients (except sesame seeds), whisk well & pour dressing over avocado & tofu.Sprinkle sesame seeds & serve in room temp or chilled.
