Vegetable Hokkien Noodle Stir Fry Ingredients 2 packets of the hokkien noodles (follow packet instructions) I only soaked them in boiling water for 20 seconds they don’t need more than that .1 packet of fresh stir fry ready to go vegetables from fridge isle .2 sachets of the ready to go stir fry sauceToasted peanuts to garnishSesame oil4 crushed garlic cloves1 tbs freshly grated ginger2 tbs soy sauce2 tbs oyster sauce Steps In a wok add some sesame oil and fresh garlic and fresh ginger and cook and then add the bag of ready to go veges and stir fry about 30 seconds (we want the veges crunchy )Add the prepared noodles on top and add the sachet of sauce and the soy and oyster sauce and mix together a minute or so .Garnish with toasted peanuts and enjoy ! Vegetable Fried Rice 2 packets of microwave jasmine rice pouches (follow packet instructions)Small bag of stir fry veges ready to go from fridge .3 crushed garlic cloves1 freshly sliced chilliSesame oilPacket of stir fry sauce (sachet )2 tbs soy sauce2 tbs oyster sauce Steps Fry off sesame oil with chilli and garlic and then add the veges and the stir fry sauce and mix together.Add soy and oyster sauce as wellFollow instructions how to heat the rice.Once done simply add the rice to the vegetables and stir through.Garnish with toasted peanuts and enjoy .
