Turkish Delight Dessert

Ingredients For The Milk Mixture

300m milk1/2 of a 385g tin condensed milk3/4 teaspoon agar agar powder125ml cream1/8 cup turkish delight syrup @saveur_cestdelicieux

Steps For Milk Mixture

To a non stick pot, add the milk, condensed milk and agar agar powder.Bring to the boil, and then simmer for a minute.Remove of the heat.Add in the cream and the turkish delight syrup.Mix well.Pour into serving bowls.Allow to set completely refrigerated.Once firm proceed to make the jelly mixture below.

The Jelly Mixture

3/4 cup water1/4 cup turkish delight syrup @saveur_cestdelicieux1/4 teaspoon agar agar powderMix the above.Boil and simmer for a minute.

To Assemble

Pour the hot jelly mixture over the set milk mixture.Allow to set refrigerated until firm.Pipe sweetened whipped cream on top.Garnish with an edible dried rose and turkish delight pieces.Serve chilled.Enjoy.

Notes

1. If you like a firmer and less wobbly pudding, add 1 teaspoon agar agar powder instead of 3/4 teaspoon to the milk mixture.
