Download ImageTandoori Garlic Prawns Ingredients500g prawns ( weighed after deheaded and cleaned ( leave shell on))70g butter1 tablespoon fresh garlic pasteSalt to taste1 teaspoon paprika powderKashmiri red chilli powder to taste1 teaspoon Tandoori spice @kissaninternational1 tablespoon lemon juiceStepsHeat the butter just until its melted.Switch the heat off.Add the rest of the ingredients.Mix well.Allow to cool until its at room temperature.Add to the prawns and marinate for an hour.Grill the prawns until done, turning them half way through the grilling process.Serve immediately with the butter liquid residue thats left in the grilling pan and Naan.I served mine on top of Mini Garlic naans, with fresh coriander and pickled piquante peppers.
