Ingredients

4 tbsp of peanut oil2 small red onions, sliced2 red chillies6 cloves of garlic, sliced215g of lamb steak, sliced into strips2 tbsp of soy sauce1 tbsp of sweet soy saucesalt, to taste1 tsp of brown sugar1 medium sized red capsicum1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets270g of cooked udon noodles1/2 tsp of sesame oil

Method

1. Heat the peanut oil and add the onions, chillies and garlic2. Add the lamb and fry until slightly brown3. Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, capsicum and broccoli4. Season with salt and brown sugar and stir fry everything on high heat for 2-3 minutes5. Add the noodles and drizzle some sesame oil on top6. Mix well to combine7. Enjoy!
