Ingredients 1 block silken or soft tofu1 tbsp chilli oil (homemade or store bought)1 tbsp light or dark soy sauce (substitute for low sodium or even tamari for healthier options)1/2 tsp sesame oil1 tsp garlic chips (sliced & fried till crispy, optional)1 tbsp parsley or cilantro (chopped) Steps Add enough water into a steamer or double boiler & bring it to a boil.Carefully place tofu on a plate, cut into desired size (or leave whole), transfer plate into steamer & cover.Steam tofu for 10-15 mins & turn off the flame.Leave to cool for 5 mins & carefully remove plate of steamed tofu.Slightly tilt plate to one side to remove excess water.When ready to serve, drizzle chilli oil, soy sauce, sesame oil onto tofu.Sprinkle garlic chips & chopped herbs, serve immediately as is or with rice/noodles.
