Download ImageSpaghetti Taco Ingredients (Around 5 Servings)1 tbsp olive oil1 onion chopped250g ground beef1 tsp of each: dried oregano, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, garlic powder, chili powder300g tomato purée300g spaghetti1/4 to 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese1/4 cup parsley or cilantro chopped3 cups of waterSteps To MakeHeat the olive oil in a big pot on medium heat and cook the onions for a few minutes until soft.Scoop the onions to the side of the pot, add the ground beef and cook while cutting it up until no longer pink.Add the seasoning, tomato purée and 3 cups of water and mix until everything is combined.Add the spaghetti, pressing them down, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes covered.Make sure the spaghetti is cooked then turn of heat, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup cheddar and cilantro.Mix until the cheese melts.
