Download ImageDough Ingredients375 ml milk (warmed to 35 deg C)8 g dry instant yeast650 g AP flour52 g sugar7.5 g salt2 large eggs (lightly beaten)82 g butter (melted then cooled)Dip60 G Butter (Melted Then Cooled)Suggested CoatingsCombo 1: 2 tbsp garlic (minced) 1 cup parmesan (grated) 2 tsp dried oreganoCombo 2: 1 tbsp garlic (minced) 4 tbsp sundried tomatoes (rehydrated & finely chopped) 2 tsp dried basilCombo 3: 4 tbsp olives (finely chopped) 2 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp chilli flakesCombo 4: 4 tbsp everything bagel seasoning or sesame seedsStepsInto the warm milk, add yeast, mix & set aside for 10 mins.Into the bowl of your stand mixer, add flour, sugar, salt & mix.Add yeast mixture into the flour, mix on low speed for 1 min then add eggs followed by butter.Mix for abt 4 mins until dough has come together (it’ll be a wet one), transfer onto a lightly floured surface, slap & fold for abt 2 mins, place in a lightly greased bowl to rest for 10 mins then slap & fold again for another 2 mins.Transfer dough back into greased bowl, cover with cling wrap & let it rest for 2 hrs.Punch out the air from the dough, transfer to a lightly floured surface, divide into 42 equal sized pieces (abt 30 g each), roll them into balls, dip into cooled melted butter then into any of the suggested coatings & place in a greased Bundt pan.Continue coating the remaining dough, pour remaining butter all over, cover with cling wrap for 20 mins & bake in a 175 deg C preheated oven for 25-35 mins.Serve warm.
