Roasted Chickpeas And Broccoli Lemon Pasta Ingredients

Pasta2-3 cups chopped broccoli florets1 cup chickpeas (canned or freshly cooked)Zest and juice of 1 lemonOlive oilSalt and pepperDried herbs (oregano, thyme)PaprikaCrumbled feta cheese

Steps

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and dried herbs and pour over the chickpeas tossing them to fully coat.Drizzle olive oil on the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.Place the chickpeas and broccoli on one baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30-ish minutes.In the meantime cook the pasta. Once done, drain and toss the pasta with olive oil and lemon. Add in the chickpeas and broccoli. Top with feta cheese and serve warm!
