Ingredients Hummus 15 oz can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)1⁄4 cup reserved chickpea liquid4-5 Tablespoons olive oil2⁄3 cup canned pumpkin purée1⁄4 cup tahini5 Tbs fresh lemon juice1 1⁄2 Tbs maple syrup3⁄4 tsp chili powder3⁄4 tsp cinnamon1⁄4 tsp ground cumin1 1⁄2 tsp salt Directions Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothServe with roasted pumpkin seeds, extra whole chick peas, sprinkle of paprika, tri-color carrots, radishes cut in half and quarters, endive, celery sticks, different colored cauliflower, cucumber spears, green beans blanched 2 minutes, and endive leaves.
