Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cups are a sweet and savory treat that combines smooth and creamy peanut butter with rich and decadent chocolate. The cups are made by filling mini muffin cups with layers of melted chocolate and peanut butter, and then freezing until firm. Ingredients For Pb Chocolate Cups (Makes 12)

1 1/4 cups dark chocolate, @enjoylifefoods1/2 tbsp coconut oil (if melting chocolate in microwave)1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, (or any nut butter)1/2 tbsp coconut flour1/2 tbsp maple syrupPinch of sea salt

Directions

In a microwave safe bowl add your chocolate with the coconut oil. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stir well until smooth.In a muffin tined tin, add two tsps of melted chocolate to each cup. Use your spoon to spread the chocolate up the sides of each cup. Place in freezer.In a separate bowl, make the filling. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour and salt into the bowl and mix well until smooth. Spoon a tsp or two into each chocolate cup.Add the remaining chocolate on top of the nut butter, spread the chocolate evenly, covering all the filling. Sprinkle with a high quality flakey sea salt and freeze for 10 minutes.Ready to enjoy! Keep cups refrigerated or in the freezer in an airtight container.
