Download ImageParmesan Truffle Fries Ingredients4 large Russet potatoes1/2 cup parmesan (grated)4 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp truffle oil2 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp fresh herb of choice (chopped)1/2 tsp salt (to taste)1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (to taste)StepsPreheat oven (or air fryer) to 200 deg C.Scrub potato skins thoroughly & wash of any debris.Cut potatoes into 1 cm thick batons (with skin on), transfer into a large bowl of cold water & soak for 30 mins.Drain & pat potatoes dry, combine hand cut fries with parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, & pepper then toss evenly to coat.Transfer onto lined baking trays (in batches if needed) & spread evenly with the least amount of overlap possible.Bake for 30-40 mins or until golden & crispy.Let cool for 5 mins, taste to adjust seasoning, sprinkle with chopped herb & more parmesan cheese (if desired), drizzle with truffle oil, toss & serve.
