Combine all of the dry ingredients for baked oats together in a bowl2. Mix in egg, water, and vanilla extract3. Add and mix in chopped nectarine4. Preheat oven to 2005. Mix ricotta cheese with maple syrup/ honey in a separate bowl6. Whisk rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon powder in an other bowl7. Combine everything with maple syrup, then add in few chopped nectarines8. Transfer 2/3 mixture into an oven-safe bowl9. Add fillings in and cover with remaining batter10.
