Boil the water, then put the meat in. Bring to boil until half- cooked. Strain the meat and save the broth for later.2. Saute the brown onion, shallots, garlic and ginger until translucent.3. Add the bay leaves, curry leaves, lemongrass, cinnamon, and cardamom. Stir until fragrant.4. Add the tomato sauce and coconut milk mixture followed by the black pepper, coriander, and seasonings. Bring to boil.5. Add the meat in. Stir it well. Cook until the meat tender. Turn off the heat.6. In a rice cooker bowl, mix the basmati rice and the cooked lamb with the liquid.
