Mix all the ingredients except flour and oil.2. Form into some pingpong balls.3. Coat them thinly with all purpose flour.4. Heat up a bit olive oil on pot, then put them on. Cook until nice brown color. Safe aside.5. In the same pot (no need to be washed), saute the onion and garlic until translucent.6. Add tomato paste, water, celery puree and basil. Stir it.7.
