Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse it into a smooth mixture.Make small balls after using oil on the hands.Keep it asideIn another pot heat clarified butter and add onion. Let the onion get golden brown and then add garlic ginger paste. Sauté for 2 minutes until raw smell is gone.Purée tomatoes and add that in the pan.Add all the spices that are listed in gravy ingredients.Cook on low heat until the oil separates.Add 3 glass of water and let it boil.
