Hong Kong Style Egg Tofu With Spicy Salt

Ingredients

2 packs Egg TofuSome Corn starch1 teaspoon of salt1/2 teaspoon of five spices1 teaspoon of garlic powder1 teaspoon of fried onion1 teaspoon of chopped chili (can be adjusted)1 teaspoon of chopped spring onions

Directions

1. Cut the Egg Tofu into pieces.2. Dredge each side of the Egg Tofu in the corn starch.3. Fried the Egg Tofu over medium-low heat till a bit brownish and put aside.4. Heat the pan or wok over high heat, pour in some oil and swirl to coat. Add chopped chili and chopped spring onions.5. Fry for 20-30 seconds and add the Egg Tofu back. Add salt, garlic powder and five spices. Mixed and done.
