Cut the Egg Tofu into pieces.2. Dredge each side of the Egg Tofu in the corn starch.3. Fried the Egg Tofu over medium-low heat till a bit brownish and put aside.4. Heat the pan or wok over high heat, pour in some oil and swirl to coat. Add chopped chili and chopped spring onions.5. Fry for 20-30 seconds and add the Egg Tofu back.
