In a bowl whisk 1 Egg and add 80ml of full-fat milk and add in your paprika, garlic salt, salt, cumin, turmeric. Add or amend for any other seasonings.2. Cut your firm tofu up as sticks and marinate in your egg mixture for 15 minutes3. After 15 minutes, take a tofu stick and let the excess egg drain, generously coat in flour and again dip in the egg mixture and coat in flour for extra crispiness4. Place in the airfryer at 190C for 9 minutes spraying some oil on top and then flip it over for another 9 minutes spraying more oil on top5. In the meantime, add your oil and garlic in a pot until fragrant, then add in your soy sauce and honey until thick consistency. Then add in your crispy tofu until generously coated.6.
