Download ImageTeriyaki Sauce Ingredients1/4 cup soy sauce1 tbsp brown sugar1/4 cup rice vinegar**ways->** Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium high heat, reduce to a simmer & cook until thickened enough to coat a spoon (abt 20 mins)Seaweed Fries500 g potatoes (peeled, cut into batons & parboiled for 10 mins)1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp chicken stock powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp sugar1 tsp seaweed strips (plus more for garnishing)Steps To Make FriesDrain parboiled potatoes, pat dry & add all the other ingredients to the fries (except extra seaweed strips to be used for garnishing)Mix well & bake in a 200 deg preheated oven for 20-30 mins until they turn golden brown & crispy.Burger Patty440 g ground beef (shaped into 4 patties of 1/4 of a pound or abt 110 g each)2 sesame seed burger buns (or plain)4 lettuce leaves (washed, drained & patted dry)4 slices cheese of choice (optional)4 tbsp mayonnaise (mixed with shichimi togarashi or just plain)StepsHeat a pan on medium high, when really hot, place beef patties & leave for 1 min before flipping over.Brush enough teriyaki sauce & cook for 1 min, flip, brush more teriyaki sauce on the other side of the patty & continue cooking till patties reach desired doneness.Switch off the heat, place 1 slice of cheese over each patty, put on the lid & leave for 30 secs for cheese to melt.Spread 1 tbsp of plain or flavoured mayo onto each half bun.Top with lettuce & patties in order of preference.Serve with seaweed fries & shichimi togarashi flavoured mayo.
