Place oil in large fry pan. Sauté onions & celery until onions are translucent.2. Add garlic, tumeric & ginger. Saute 1 minute.3. Add the onion & celery mixture to the strained bone broth.4. Cut the sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes.5. Add the sweet potatoes, carrots, thyme and rosemary. Simmer 20 minutes.6. Add kale & reserved chicken meat, simmer 5 minutes.7.
