Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Kind Bar Ingredients

150 g Almonds90 g Salted Peanuts20 g Quinoa Pops or another GF Cereal80 g Maple Syrup50 g HoneyPinch of Sea Salt

Chocolate Coating

100 g Dark Chocolate

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 160In a large bowl, add your almonds, peanuts, quinoa pops, honey, maple syrup and sea salt.Mix everything together.Line an 8″ baking tin with parchment paper. You can use any small baking tin and just amount you need.Pour mixture into the baking tin and level off with a rubber spatula.Bake for 35 mins and leave to cool for at least an hour.Line a flat tray with parchment paper.Melt your chocolate and dip the bottom of each bar in and place on baking sheet.Drizzle the top of the bars with remaining chocolate and leave in the fridge for 10-20 mins until chocolate has hardened.
