Place in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 20 minutes (or you can lightly fry on the stovetop with some olive oil).While the meat is cooking, prepare the sauce: Cook the other half chopped onion with 1 minced garlic in some olive oil.Once they turn golden, add in 1 can tomato purée and season with salt, pepper and dried herbs.Bring to a boil and let simmer 10-15 minutes until the meat is done.Place the meat in the sauce and cook for a few minutes or until the sauce thickens.
