Bazella W’rizz (Green Pea Stew) Ingredients

1 pound beef cut into inch cubes1 large onion (chopped)1 tomato peeled & finely chopped3 cloves garlic minced1 tsp 7spice1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp tomato paste4 cups frozen or fresh peas5 cups water2-3 carrot sticks choppedSalt&pepper to taste

Steps

Add oil & onions in a pot and sauté until goldenAdd meat and spices and cook until meat brownsAdd garlic & tomatoes Mix and cook for a few minutes Add peas, carrots & water and bring to a boil Add tomato paste & let simmer on med/low heat for 20 minutes
