Watch Video Creamy Spinach Ingredients 500g Spinach ( weighed after cutting out the stems)Pinch of Bicarbonate soda2 tablespoons garlic paste ( add less if your not a garlic fan)1/2 cup finely chopped onionsSliced hot green chillies to taste5 teaspoons corn starchSalt to taste1 teaspoon White pepper1/4 teaspoon dried origanum1 cup milk1 1/4 cup fresh cream1 cup grated cheddar cheese3 tablespoons melted butter Steps Wash, cut and boil the spinach with a pinch Bicarbonate soda until it just softens.Drain and leave aside.Mix together the milk and fresh cream. Leave aside.Heat the butter. Add the onions and fry until just soft. Do not brown.Add the garlic and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.Add the Spinach and mix.Add the Milk and cream mixture.Also add in the salt, pepper, origanum and corn starch.Mix well.When it comes to a simmer, add the cheese.
