FOR THE VANILLA FROSTING4 oz cream cheese, softened3 Tbsp salted butter, softened3/4 cup powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions 1. Use stand mixer and put all dough ingredients in it. Mix with medium speed for 8-10 minutes until a dough ball form. Put the dough in a well greased bowl and rise until double in size2. Roll the dough out to 18×9, spread the filling butter onto the dough, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl, pat the sugar mixture into the butter.3. Roll up the dough from the long side ( not super tight; need to leave room to rise)4. Cut the roll into 2-inch pieces with floss. This makes 9 pieces. Place the rolls into a well greased baking tray. Cover with plastic wrap, let rise for 30 minutes5. Preheat oven to 350F degree, unwrap the plastic and bake for 20-25 minutes6. Use hand mixer to make the frosting.
