Heart-shaped Cinnamon Rolls Ingredients Dough:3 3/4 to 4 cups of flour1 1/2 cup warm milk1/2 cup oil1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup milk powder or coffee mate1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 tbsp yeast1 tsp baking powderFilling:1/4 cup soft butter1 cup packed Redpath brown sugar1 tbsp cinnamonTopping:(frosting)2 cups powdered sugar(icing sugar)1/4 cup softened butter2 tbsp soft cream cheese1 tsp vanilla3 to 4 tbsp whipping cream or 2 tbsp milk Direction 1: In a bowl add milk, sugar, salt, yeast and 2 cups flour mix good then rest for 10 minutes.2: after 10 minutes the mix will double the size, add on top oil, baking powder, powder milk and 1 3/4 cup of flour, mix till form nice soft dough if it’s sticky add little bit more of flour till you get nice soft dough.3:sprinkle some flour on a flat surface, then place the dough and roll.4:spread butter then mix the cinnamon and sugar and spread on top the butter.5: roll tight and seal the edges then cut into small even pieces.6: get parchment paper draw a heart and cut then place in a tray and add the small cinnamon rolls.7: cover the tray and let it rest for about 45 minute.8: preheat the oven to 400F then cook the cinnamon rolls for 20 to 25 minutes till it’s golden colour.9: take out and cool before adding the frosting.10: while waiting for the cinnamon rolls to cool down start on the icing.11:mix together in a stand or hand mixer powder sugar with softened butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract and whipping cream till it’s smooth and fluffy.12: After the cinnamon rolls cool down add the frosting Source : www.instagram.com
