Watch Video Chicken Makloubah Ingredients 1 rotisserie chicken1 large tomato1 large potato1 large egg plant1/2 small cauliflower2 cups rice (parboiled rice)2 tsp maaloubi spice1 tsp 7pice1 tsp salt1 cube chicken bouillon1/2 tsp black pepperOil for the allot and to brush the vegetables or oil sprayWater or broth enough to cover the riceParsley and pomegranate seed for garnish Instructions 1: soak par or ice for 1 hour2: cut veggies then place on a tray brush or spray with oil then bake at 500f or cook on broil3: cut the rotisserie chicken into pieces.4: wash and drain any access of water from the rice then mix with the spices.5: start layering by adding first little bit of oil to a pot then add chicken veggies and rice6: add water or broth to cover then add 1 cube of chicken bouillon break then mix with the rice.7: bring to boil cover then simmer on low for about 30 minutes.8: after 30 minutes turn off the heat then leave covered for another 10 minutes9: flip then enjoy Source : www.instagram.com
