Ingredients

300g Cooked shredded chicken fillet120g finely diced onions100g finely diced green pepper2 teaspoons chiili flakes1 teaspoon cumin powderSalt to taste1/2 cup mayonnaise30g Butter1 teaspoons garlic paste1 teaspoon dried herbs1/4 cup Nandos hot sauce1/2 cup grated mozarella cheeseChopped green chillies to taste3 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander

Steps

Heat butter.Fry the onions and green peppers until soft.Add the garlic paste, chilli flakes, cumin, and dried herbs. Sauté for a minute.Add the chicken and mix well.Add the mayonnaise and Nandos hot sauce.Mix and allow to cool completely.Throw in the mozarella cheese, salt to taste, green chillies and fresh coriander.Mix and the filling is ready to fill.
