I put it in the fridge, so moisture of the steamed potatoes was less. I added a bit water to help the mashed potatoes became one firm dough (that could hold the shape).Instructions1. Mix all the ingredients. If the dough is too crumbly, you can add a bit water.2. Put the dough on worktop, then flat it evenly using a rolling pin for 1 cm thick.3.
