Birthday Cake Batter Baked Oats

Ingredients You’ll Need

1/2 cup oats, @onedegreeorganics1 scoop collagen, @vitalproteins3 tbsp plain or vanilla Greek or coconut yogurt OR 1/2 mashed banana1/2 cup cashew milk (or milk or choice), @silk_canada1 egg1 tbsp cashew butter1/2 – 1 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp almond extractpinch of sea saltSprinkles, @cravesteviatopping: I just add a scoop of vanilla yogurt more sprinkles. feel free to add sweetener to your yogurt or add icing.

Directions

preheat oven to 350. Add your oats to a blender blend until into a flour.In a mixing bowl, add your egg and beat. Add your yogurt or mashed banana and all remaining ingredients, including the oats.Lightly mix and stir in sprinkles. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked in the middle.Remove from oven and top with yogurt more sprinkles
