Let the onion get brown. Add ginger garlic paste and let it become aromatic. Add tomatoes and all the spices and cook until oil separates. Add meat and cook until the meat changes color. Add water and let it cook until the meat is tender.Deep fry potatoes until they are golden and add them with meat. Let it simmer for sometime until the potatoes are cooked, oil is separated on top of gravy and you have the thickness of gravy you like. Sprinkle cilantro on top.Serve it warm with naan.
