Download ImageWatch Video Airfried Choco French Bun Ingredients1 Brioche Bun1 Egg (beaten)60ml Milk1 Tbsp Butter (melted)1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence30g White Sugar1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder (for sugar mixture)1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon (for egg mixture)Block Of Chocolate/2 Tbsp NutellaOPTIONAL: Mixed Berries and Icing SugarMethod1. In a bowl combine your beaten egg, milk, melted, vanilla essence and cinnamon.2. In plate/bowl mix in your sugar and cinnamon powder really well3. Cut an incision in your brioche Bun and slot your block of chocolate or Nutella securely4. Slice a very thin layer from the top and bottom of the bun until you can see the bread fibres – this will allow to soak in the egg mixture5. Soak in your brioche bun in the egg mixture until it’s super soaked6. AirFry your brioche bun in the AirFryer at 190C for 9 minutes, flipping over halfway.7.
