Ingredients: 2 tbsp frozen Açai paste or powder; 2 cups frozen berries of choice (I use a combination of frozen strawberries & raspberries); 1/2 cup banana; 2 tbsp nut butter of choice (I use peanut butter); 1&1/2 cups milk of choice (dairy or plant based, I use almond milk); 1 tbsp oats (optional); 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional); 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional, depends on the sweetness of fruits used); fresh or frozen fruits of choice (sliced or kept whole); nuts of choice (walnut, hazelnut, etc); seeds of choice (pumpkin, flax, etc); dessicated coconut; granola or muesli; cocoa nibs or chocolate chips
