Peel and cut sweet potato n pumpkin in cubes, then steam/ bake/ microwave until soft2. Blend everything in food processor (I didn’t blend until it’s super smooth coz I love to save some sweet potato for extra texture) // mash sweet potato n pumpkin, then mix with protein powder & milk3. Transfer everything into a bowl4. Place slices banana, blueberries5. microwave peanut butter until melt, then mix with a bit of water & maple syrup (optional – for runnier consistency)6.
