Watch Video Ingredients 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoons tomato sauce1 beef stock cube mixed in 1 cup boiling water1 tablespoon olive oil1 large brown onion, finely chopped500g beef mince1 carrot, peeled, grated1 zucchini, grated1/2 cup frozen peas2 tablespoons plain flour Method Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.Increase heat to medium-high. Add mince. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned and the water evaporates.Add carrot, zucchini and peas. Stir to combine. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.Gradually add beef stock, tomato & Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season to taste with S&P. Set aside to cool completely.Cut puff pastry and place in pie maker (I use the sunbeam Pie maker) spoon in pie mixture.
