Preheat oven to 1652. Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, protein, and sweetener together in food processor/ blender3. Separate 1/5 (or more if u like) of the batter and mix with cacao powder n chocolate syrup until smooth4. Place baking sheet/ grease oil in a cake pan/ tray5. Pour chocolate layer into the tray and pour cheesecake layer6. Bake for around 25 mins7. Cool down and place into the fridge for at least 2 hoursNotes1. If u wanted to have a taller cheesecake, use a smaller cake mould/ blend more cake batter (but u may have to bake for 1-2 mins longer) bruh mine was a 6-inch mould anywaysss2. Refrigerating helps the cake gets harder so u don’t have to bake until super hard3. Feel free to play with the ingredients – u may add fruits/ Biscoff/ Oreo/ matcha powder… – just be creative4.
