In another big bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave.Add the sugar to the melted butter and place them in the microwave for 30 sec. Repeat until melted then add the chopped chocolate.Stir to melt. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix just until everything is combined.Scoop 1/2 a cup of the brownie mix, stir in 2 tbsp of water and mix (this will be the swirl design on top).In a baking dish lined with parchment paper, pour the brownie batter followed by the cheesecake mix.Drop dollops of the brownie batter mixed with water and with a toothpick or knife make big swirl designs.Bake in a preheated oven on 180C for 30 minutes.
