Defrost frozen sweetcorn then boil in water, drain the tuna.2/ Whisk together the flour, egg and milk until there are no lumps. Mix in all the other ingredients.3/ Put a large frying pan over a medium high heat and heat add enough oil so that there is a layer across the pan. When the oil is hot (you can check this by dropping in a tiny bit of mixture – if it sizzles, it’s ready) Spoon the mixture into the pan in 4 roughly equal amounts.
