Pre-heat the oven to bake at 185C2. Cut your sweet potato in half and brush oil on the split side and bake for 25 mins. Once baked, pierce a knife to ensure the sweet potato is soft. Peel them and purée 240g amount by mashing them.3. In a mixing bowl, add your purée, sugar, peanut butter, oil, vanilla extract, and mix well. Then add in your cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and milk, combine well.4. Transfer your batter to a baking sheet tray, topping off with walnuts and Choco chips.
