Watch Video Ingredients 1⁄2 green cabbage shredded3 carrots shredded5 shallots chopped finely1 small pack vermicelli noodles cut in half after being drained and boiled for 3 minutes1⁄2 cup frozen green peas1 cup bean sprouts6 cloves garlic crushed2 tsp ginger3 tbs sesame oil3 tbs soy saucewhite peppersaltpeanut oil3 pack of spring roll pastry Method in a large pan or wok add 1⁄4 cup of peanut oil and add ginger,shallots and garlic and cook for 2 minutesadd cabbage, carrots, peas and cook until soft.add sesame oil , soy sauce, white pepper and salt to taste. You might want to add more of each I go by taste.turn off the heat and add bean sprouts and vermicelli noodles mix through and let filling cool downadd 1 tbs of filling to spring roll pastry roll and add cornflour and water mixture to the tip so it sticks.deep fry until golden brown and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
